Contrast Therapy

Contrast therapy involves alternating between heat and cold, moving between the sauna and ice bath. This practice has been used for centuries to support recovery, circulation, stress management, and overall wellbeing.

Infrared Sauna (Private)

Your session takes place in a private room featuring our full-body red light therapy bed. Designed with a zero-gravity position for comfort, the bed also offers an optional gentle frequency massage to help you relax and unwind. Simply settle in, switch off from the outside world, and enjoy 20 minutes of uninterrupted rest while the light supports your body's natural recovery and wellbeing.

Compression Therapy

Normatec compression therapy boots use dynamic air pressure to gently massage your legs, increase circulation, and speed up recovery.
Ideal post-training or after a long day on your feet, these sessions help flush out lactic acid, reduce swelling, and leave you feeling lighter and more mobile.

Your session includes the use of our Normatec compression boots for 30 minutes. Simply settle into a comfortable recliner, put your feet up, and relax while the boots move through a series of compression cycles designed to support circulation and recovery.
