Traditional Sauna

Traditional sauna uses dry heat to promote circulation, relaxation, recovery, and nervous system regulation. Regular sauna use may also support cardiovascular health, stress management, sleep quality, and overall wellbeing.

Our communal sauna experience gives you the freedom to move between heat and cold in a way that feels right for you. Throughout your 60 or 90-minute session, rotate between the sauna and cold rain showers as many times as you like. Unwind in the recovery lounge between rounds with a complimentary tea.

Infrared Sauna (Private)

A gentler heat with deeper impact. Infrared waves penetrate the skin to promote cellular repair, ease pain, and encourage calm. Perfect for those seeking a slower, more restorative experience.

Relax in your own private infrared suite, complete with a shower for a post-sauna refresh. With space for up to four, you can soak in the calm solo, or share the warmth with a friend (or three).

Red Light Therapy (Private)

Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to support the body's natural cellular function. By stimulating energy production within cells, it supports skin health, recovery, circulation, inflammation management, joint health, energy levels, and overall vitality.

Your session takes place in a private room featuring our full-body red light therapy bed. Designed with a zero-gravity position for comfort, the bed also offers an optional gentle frequency massage to help you relax and unwind. Simply settle in, switch off from the outside world, and enjoy 20 minutes of uninterrupted rest while the light supports your body's natural recovery and wellbeing.

Compression Therapy

Normatec compression therapy boots use dynamic air pressure to gently massage your legs, increase circulation, and speed up recovery.
Ideal post-training or after a long day on your feet, these sessions help flush out lactic acid, reduce swelling, and leave you feeling lighter and more mobile.

Your session includes the use of our Normatec compression boots for 30 minutes. Simply settle into a comfortable recliner, put your feet up, and relax while the boots move through a series of compression cycles designed to support circulation and recovery.
