Your Premium Membership includes two sessions per week, giving you the flexibility to choose what your body needs most.
Each session can be used for one of our premium services:
• Contrast Therapy — 90 minutes
• Infrared Sauna (private) — 60 minutes
• Red Light Therapy (private) — 20 minutes
Alternative services are also available if preferred or as add-ons, including shorter contrast sessions, traditional sauna, magnesium ice baths, and compression therapy.
Your membership also includes:
• 30% off additional services
• 15% off retail and beverages
A flexible approach to recovery — giving you the freedom to choose what your body needs, when it needs it.
All Cedar memberships include a 12-week minimum commitment. After this period, memberships continue on a flexible weekly basis and can be cancelled at anytime with 14-days notice.
Your membership is charged at the time of purchase and activates when you book your first session.
