Your Contrast Membership includes two 60-minute communal Sauna sessions each week.
Experience can Cedar's signature hot and cold ritual, combining traditional sauna with cold rain showers in a calm space designed to help you slow down, reset and restore.
Your membership also includes:

• 15% off retail and beverages
A simple weekly ritual for recovery, stillness and nervous system reset.
All Cedar memberships include a 12-week minimum commitment. After this period, memberships continue on a flexible weekly basis and can be cancelled at anytime with 14-days notice.
Your membership is charged at the time of purchase and activates when you book your first session.
